This top-flight product of the Ulm brand lines up for the start bursting with self-confidence like no touring coach before. With the design of the new luxury three-axle coach, Daimler AG makes manifest that it has never catered to short-lived trends when designing new vehicle generations. Even today it is plain to see: the TopClass 500 will remain young for a long time to come and set lasting trends in design, innovation, comfort and safety.
One look at the TopClass 500 and it is clear: a Setra is and remains a Setra, but nonetheless evolves dynamically. Powerfully built and featuring clear lines, the TopClass 500 shows itself to be another member of the TopClass 500, yet impresses with unrivalled character traits. Hartmut Schick, Head of Daimler Buses, is sure that the premium products of the TopClass 500 very soon will be an object of desire everywhere in Europe: "The TopClass 500 defines the premier league of coach building. The new Setra touring coaches are calling cards for any coach operator whose exclusive travel content sets them apart and who offer their guests only the best of the best in every respect."
